Without further ado, here is the recipe for you to give a try too:
- 2 Ripe bananas cut into small pieces and frozen overnight

- 5-6 Almonds/ Pistachios
- 2 teaspoon Milk (If needed)
How to make the chocolate ice cream?
Just throw everything in a mixer, blend and your ice cream is READY!!
If it does not blend too well add some milk to it and top it with more nuts for that extra crunch and dose of healthy fats.
Freeze it in a closed box to avoid ice crystals to form to reuse later.
